1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tradara ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. Tradara is a professional SaaS Trading Journal platform designed for traders to analyze, document, and optimize their performance in financial markets. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Tradara provides tools for recording, analyzing, and reviewing trading operations, including:

— Trade recording and documentation
— Performance analysis and advanced metrics
— Trade replay with market data
— Strategy and trader psychology tracking
— Artificial intelligence assistant
— Data import from brokers and platforms

Tradara is not a broker, does not execute trades, and does not provide financial advice. It is exclusively an analysis and record-keeping tool for traders.

3. Registration and User Account

To use Tradara, you must create an account by providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Plans and Payments

Tradara offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the selected option. Prices may change with prior notice. Access to premium features is conditional on payment of the corresponding plan. Specific details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tradara only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following is prohibited:

— Using the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
— Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
— Reverse engineering the software
— Sharing your account with third parties
— Using bots or automated scripts to access the service
— Reselling or redistributing access to the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, features, and trademarks of Tradara are the exclusive property of Tradara and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights over it. The trading data you enter into the Platform remains your property.

7. Privacy and Data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Tradara, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with said policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tradara is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Tradara shall not be liable for:

— Financial losses arising from trading decisions
— Temporary service interruptions
— Data loss due to causes beyond our control
— Inaccuracies in data imported from external brokers

In no event shall Tradara's total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

9. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms. In the event of cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the paid billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

10. Modifications to Terms

Tradara reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use of Tradara after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of the corresponding jurisdiction.
