Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Tradara, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which you may request a refund of your subscription. Tradara is a professional SaaS Trading Journal platform — an analysis and documentation tool, not a broker or trade execution platform.
2. Free Plan
Tradara offers a free plan with basic features. We recommend trying the Platform with the free plan before purchasing a paid plan. The free plan has no cost and therefore is not subject to refunds.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7 calendar day satisfaction guarantee from the date of your first paid plan purchase (Pro or Premium). During this period, you may request a full refund with no questions asked.
4. Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- — The request is made within 7 calendar days of the first purchase
- — It is the user's first paid subscription
- — The account has not been suspended for violating the Terms of Service
5. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- — Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
- — Automatic subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- — Accounts suspended or cancelled for violating the Terms of Service
- — Users who have already received a refund previously
- — Plan changes (upgrade/downgrade) during an active billing period
6. Automatic Renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue with the service. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Important: No refunds are issued for automatic renewals. We recommend setting a reminder before the renewal date if you are unsure about continuing.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- — You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid billing period
- — Your account will automatically revert to the free plan at the end of the period
- — Your trading data will be preserved and accessible with free plan limitations
- — No additional charges will be made after cancellation
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the guarantee period:
- — Step 1: Send an email to billing@tradara.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- — Step 2: Include your name, account email address, and purchase date
- — Step 3: You will receive a confirmation within 48 business hours
9. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- — The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- — The return timeline is 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank
- — Your account will revert to the free plan immediately
10. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases (billing errors, duplicate charges, or severe technical issues preventing use of the service), we will evaluate refund requests outside the guarantee period on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at billing@tradara.com and describe the situation in detail.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not affect purchases made before the modification date. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform or via email.
